Perfect for use with 1.25″ pipe fittings as shown in photo, and with Garrett GT20 turbos with round flange hole, or easily port out to more common rectangular shape.  So build your turbo manifold with pipe fittings, without having to worry about transitioning from round pipe to a rectangular flange cutout, as the inside diameters of the pipe fitting and this flange line up, so easy to weld.  

CNC threaded holes – M8 x 1.25.

Cut from 12mm thick SS plate – this heavier/stronger design gives less warpage when welding compared to typical 9mm or 10mm thick flange plates.  

These are the thickest and best drilled & tapped stainless T25 flanges you’ll find on ebay.

Less warping means better sealing and less machining after welding to make them flat again.  The difference between warpage when welding one of these 12mm flanges versus a cheap 9mm version is really noticable, and will really save lots of time in machining flat afterwards, whether it’s by a milling machine or by linishing on a belt sander.
