FAJS DOCE 40 Carburetor

Description

The repro 40DCOE is a smaller version of the 45DCOE, with 40mm diameter butterflies instead of 45mm, and better suited to smaller capacity engines.  Like the 45DCOE, the 40DCOE can be fitted with a large range of choke sizes to customise the torque curve on different engine sizes to give increased low or high rpm performance, or a combination of both.

30mm main venturis (chokes)

115 main jets

160 air correctors

F11 emulsion tubes

175 needle and seat

45F9 idle jets

Ball bearing throttle shaft bearings

Full manifold vac ports

39mm chrome air horns

We also spec all of our carbs with full manifold vac ports, so if you want a run a full manifold vacuum system for brake booster or ignition vacuum advance, and were going to drill and tap each manifold runner to install a fitting, you don’t need to because each barrel of each carb has a vacuum port that you can use.  And we have the small hose tails fittings available too to connect your vac lines to.

We can supply single or twin DCOE intake manifolds for most engines including linkage kits and soft mount gasket kits.
