Description

and any other model Weber or repro carb that uses the same top cover gasket as the DGV carb.

Manufactured from 0.8mm thick nitrile rubber.  Nitrile rubber is fuel and oil resistant, and can handle a wide range of temps.

The thickness when installed is equivalent to OEM Weber cardboard gaskets, so there is no change to the power valve trigger point.

These are the gaskets we install in our blow through turbo Weber carb kits when we prep the carb for blow through use.

Reusable – this might be the last gasket you ever need to buy!  

Just peel it off carefully if you need to remove it and you can re-use it as many times as you want.  Although the nitrile rubber is fuel resistant, when you have an intricate cut gasket like this that is only 0.8mm thick, they do swell a little and tend to curl up when exposed to fuel.  They can be re-used straight away, as long as you are careful that the gasket is sitting where it’s supposed to, but when re-fitting them, it’s easier if you give them some time to dry out, preferably in between the pages of a phone book for example, so they dry out and stay flat.  This make re-installation a lot faster and easier.
